Communion Function Hire 2025/2026 TREVI SUITE Function hire

Trevi Suite Exclusive Communion Hire

Our Trevi Suite comfortably accommodates from 50 people up to 180 people. Our packages include Full and exclusive use of our private function suite, with private entrance, private bar, toilet facilities and rear access to Beer Garden facilities and parking. This package is exclusive to communion function hires only.

Hall Hire Only

£250

This option is our base price for exclusive use of our function suite for no less than 50 people. Please note this option does not include our catering or our in house DJ Entertainment. Ts & Cs apply when providing your own entertainment and/or catering.

Hall & DJ (Self-Catering)

£400

This option is our base price for exclusive use of our function suite for no less than 50 people. Includes our in house DJ entertainment. For karaoke or race night options an additional fee will be added on to the base price listed upon discussion with our entertainment provider.

Hall, DJ & *Catering

£600

This option is our base price for exclusive use of our function suite for no less than 50 people. Includes our in house DJ entertainment and catering for 50 people from our £5 per person menu.     Increases to catering can be provided at an additional cost of: £50 for up to 60 people total, £100 additional cost for up to 70 people total, £150 additional cost for up to 80 people total, £200 additional cost for up to 90 people total. We recommend catering for minimum 70% of your total guests.

Hall, DJ & **Catering

£800

This option is our base price for exclusive use of our function suite for no less than 50 people. Includes our in house DJ entertainment and catering for 50 people from our £10 per person menu. Increases to our Hot tray service option is priced at an additional £45 per tray per option.

We recommend catering for minimum 70% of your total guests.

Hall & *Catering (No DJ)

£450

This option is our base price for exclusive use of our function suite for no less than 50 people. Includes catering for 50 people from our £5 per person menu. Please note this option does not include our in house DJ Entertainment. Ts & Cs apply when providing your own entertainment.

This option is our base price for exclusive use of our function suite for no less than 50 people. Includes catering for 50 people from our £10 per person menu. Please note this option does not include our in house DJ Entertainment. Ts & Cs apply when providing your own entertainment.

Securing a date

A £100 payment is required to secure any date. We are unable to facilitate provisional bookings due to demand. Full Ts&Cs available on request.

 The £100 initial payment will be considered your first payment toward your total balance due. 

Consumption of alcohol and/or soft drinks during any private function

  Beverages, which have not been purchased from the 100 Acres, Alcohol or otherwise during on sale hours, are not permitted to be consumed on the premises.

Please see our Buffet Menu page for information on catering provided in our packages listed. Full Buffet and/or any additions information is required minimally 4 weeks before your confirmed function date.
