Full balance settlement due a minimum of two weeks prior to your booked date. Full requirements (Catering &/Or DJ) must be confirmed 31 days (4 weeks) prior to your booked function date.
In all cases a £100 deposit is payable immediately in order to secure the booking. Booking Deposits are non-refundable in the case of function cancellation, with notice of less than 90 days before function booked date.
For 18th and 21st Birthday Parties, we require an additional £250 security deposit on top of any package taken. This will cover cost of any possible breakages or damages that may result. This amount is fully refundable, within 48 hours of your function date, once management have had an opportunity to inspect the function suite and are happy that the terms of the security deposit are satisfactory. In all cases, you should request a receipt when paying deposits or settling any balances.
It is the responsibility of the Party organiser/lead guest to check and report any damages to building, fixtures or fittings (if any) prior to your party commencing. A full or partial refund of security deposit, may not be paid, in the case of any damages or graffiti to building, fixtures and/or fittings that have occurred during your private function booking.
The terms and conditions will be took as fully under stood upon 100 Acres receiving payment of the aforementioned £100 Booking Deposit.

100 Acres buffet: please discuss and confirm a time for buffet service when booking. Should there be any supply issue affecting any particular items on any of our buffet options, we endeavour to substitute like for like where possible. Should we be unable to substitute any items we will increase quantity of other items available on the buffet option chosen. We may or may not be able to advise in advance of this due to product delivery day or supply and demand issues.
Customers that supply their own buffet must supply and remove all food, utensils and any other buffet related materials, at the end of the night. For Health and Safety reasons, customers are not permitted to use 100-Acre kitchen facilities. 100 Acres will not accept responsibility for any catering equipment or materials left on the premises. The caterer or party organiser at the end of the function must remove all trays, plates, containers, dishes and utensils.

Any Persons barred from the 100-Acre public house are not eligible for entry to private functions except with the prior consent of management.
Management reserve the right to stop any function if there is persistent unruly behaviour, fighting and/or drug use. No refund of any security deposit may be processed, in the event of a function being terminated for these reasons.
Beverages, Alcohol or otherwise, which have not been purchased from the 100 Acres, during on sale hours, are not permitted to be consumed on the premises.
Access Times must be confirmed when booking. We may or may not have to call to change the access time due to other possible bookings. 100 Acres endeavour to give reasonable notice where required of any changes.
Confetti, table confetti, party poppers, sparklers and fog machines are not permitted for use in the 100 Acre at any time. Any pictures or banners may only be fixed, to mirrors or ledges, using blu-tac only. We ask that decorations are not fixed or placed on the walls or light fittings.
We operate a challenge 25 policy, whereby anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 years old will be asked to provide photographic identification. Photographic identification must be the valid original copy. We do not accept photographs of Identification. Identification accepted are Valid Passport, Driver’s License or Provisional driving licence.
Young children and toddlers must be supervised at all times. After 10pm, young children must remain within the hall, supervised. No children and/or young persons unattended in the hallways, stairs, front or back entrances.
Please note that the use of bouncy castles and or other climbing/play equipment is not permitted due to insurance purposes. Soft Play, ground level equipment will be permitted through a reputable supplier and at the party organisers own risk.
